Dangote Jetty, Ibeju-Lekki Lagos, Receives First Ship Berth.

Implications For Ibeju-Lekki Land Owners
1. Increase in the value of land.
2. Increase in accommodation need
3. Future and higher finance options from land.
4. More secured in rental income
5. Opportunity to own more plots of land in Ibeju-Lekki.

The Dangote Oil Refinery jetty located at the Lekki Free Trade Zone, Lagos has received its first ever ship call. The ship named “BBC Naples” berthed at the new jetty in September 2018 to deliver essential equipment for ongoing construction work at the Dangote Refinery.

The Fears
1. Health Factor
I had the rare opportunity to visit Dangote refinery last year. We drove for 40mins off the Free Trade Zone Road and residential segments of Ibeju-Lekki.

2. Traffic Issues
Dangote is constructing a high way from the refinery complex to Epe which connects Ibeju Ode and Ikorodu respectively. These access roads do not run through the residential segments of Ibeju-Lekki.

These and more reasons why you should own plots of land in Ibeju-Lekki area of Lagos.

I love to guide you through some options that would be good for you. Let’s take a tour of Ibeju-Lekki so you be the judge if it is something you want to get involved in.
