ARC-VIEW INVESTEMENTS LIMITED (RC 919120) is a company that was fully established and duly incorporated in the year 2009 to carry on Real Estate business like Property Development, Property Management, Property & Facility Maintenance, Structural Designs, Architectural Designs, Legal Documentation Procurement and other related or interested businesses. Out of the desire of people (low income earners) to be their own Landlords/Landlady and the need of the ever growing Nigeria and especially Lagos population to expand in terms of the core need of man, SHELTER, we now manage and develop different estates all over Nigeria. Our Estates was structured to meet the needs of both low and high income earners. Our estates are open for prospects who wish to own a decent home in any part of Nigeria.

The scheme is designed to accommodate all, especially “LOW INCOME EARNERS”, our company has decided a 3-year payment module.

Interested subscribers can deposit N250, 000 (Two Hundred And Fifty Thousand Naira Only) being initial deposit. Subsequently, a minimum of N50, 000 (Fifty Thousand Naira or more) is expected to be paid on monthly basis. All payment must be completed in the 3 years deadline.
This simply means, though our payment programme is flexible yet all outstanding are expected to be completely paid within the time frame.

No transaction of cash between our staff and individuals as all payments are must be paid into our designated banks and bank accounts. This is obtainable from our office or any of our agents nearest to you.
